At JVS Export, caring for our people goes beyond the workplace. We believe that supporting employee health and wellbeing is an essential part of building a stronger, healthier workforce.
On September 4, we organized a free eye checkup camp at our Unit A & B facility in India, giving employees convenient access to professional vision screening and eye care guidance during their workday.
Making eye care more accessible
The camp brought eye care professionals directly to our facility, making it easier for employees to prioritize their vision without having to arrange a separate medical appointment.
Throughout the day, employees had access to vision testing, spectacle advice, eye health evaluations, professional consultations and guidance on maintaining healthy eyesight.
Small steps toward a healthier workforce
Good vision plays an important role in everyday life, both at work and at home. By making preventive health services more accessible, we hope to encourage employees to take a proactive approach to their wellbeing.
